About Us

We’re the Hunt and Lovvorn families - two cousin families living on neighboring poultry and cattle farms, raising a group of 5 cousins who love hard work, family time, and getting to the beach whenever farm life allows.

Cousins Beach House earned its name the most natural way. Growing up, this was where I, Nicole, spent beach days with my cousins making memories that lasted long after summer ended. Today, our kids are making those same memories here with their cousins. 

This condo was first purchased by my grandparents, Ray and Carol, in 1985. It quickly became their pride and joy...a place always meant to be used, shared, and enjoyed with friends family. When the opportunity arose to continue caring for this special place and keep it within our family, we were honored to do so.
